In 1970 Mercantile Investment Company was formed. Mercantile Investment Company brokered commercial loans to insurance companies, trusts, and pension funds. At that time primary some of the lenders were American National, Aetna, American Security Life (San Antonio), Equitable, and others. In 1973 Andresen and Company was formed to do commercial mortgage brokering, real estate appraising, and real estate sales. In 1979 Andresen and Company was incorporated and a property tax consultation service was added. In 2005, Complete Home Solutions, Inc. was formed to consolidate the real estate services. Today, our concentrations are in property tax representation and real estate appraising.
